Do I have to sign up online?
We recommend signing up ahead of time to ensure your space in class. That said, drop-ins are always welcome.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to check-in and get settled.
What should I bring?
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel for practice. We also have water, mats and towels available for sale at the front desk.
Where can I store my valuables?
We have a combination or locker rooms, storage lockers and cubbies throughout the studio. You can bring a lock if you want to place anything in a secure locker.
What if I forget something?
We’ve got you covered. Yoga mats, hand towels, refreshments are all available for purchase. Once the COVID-19 pandemic is over we will go back to offering many items for rent or borrow as well.
What should I expect in my first class?
Refer to the class description page to understand the intensity and heat level of each MPower class. In any class you are always invited to stop for breaks and/or hydrate during class. Respect your body and your practice. For some people the heated environment takes some getting used to. We recommend trying three classes in a relatively close proximity of time to let your body adjust and start reaping the benefits of the heated yoga practice.
