Class Packages are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Classes and packages cannot be extended, transferred or refunded.

Heated Studio Unlimited Monthly Membership - ($175/Month)
Unlimited memberships bill monthly from the date of purchase. To cancel members must email info@mpoweryoga.net at least 10 days prior to the next billing period.

MPower Yoga & MPower Lifestyle — Terms & Conditions
Welcome to MPower Yoga and MPower Lifestyle. Please review the following terms and conditions, which apply to all purchases, memberships, classes, events, and retail transactions. By participating in classes, making purchases, or using our services, you agree to the policies below.
1. Membership Policies
1.1 Legacy Monthly Memberships (Purchased Before 1/1/26)
Require 10 days’ notice to cancel.
Cancellation must be submitted:
Online through your account, or
Via email to info@mpoweryoga.net
Memberships cannot be paused, transferred, or cancelled outside of these terms, regardless of circumstances.
No refunds will be issued.
1.2 New Monthly Memberships (Purchased On or After 1/1/26)
Require a full billing cycle (30 days) notice to cancel.
Cancellation must be submitted:
Online through your account, or
Via email to info@mpoweryoga.net
Memberships cannot be paused, transferred, or cancelled outside of these terms, regardless of circumstances.
No refunds will be issued.
1.3 Class Attendance for Monthly Members
Monthly memberships offer unlimited classes, so no class is “lost” if you cancel late.
All other studio policies regarding late arrival and studio etiquette apply.
2. Class Packages & Drop-Ins
2.1 Class Packages (5, 10, or 20 Classes)
Valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Absolutely no extensions, transfers, or refunds, regardless of circumstances.
2.2 Single Class Drop-Ins
Valid for 1 month from date of purchase.
No extensions, transfers, or refunds.
2.3 Class Cancellations & No Shows
You must cancel at least 12 hours before class start time to receive the class credit back to your package/account.
Classes canceled within 12 hours, for any reason, will be forfeited.
This policy applies to all class packages and drop-ins.
3. Events & Workshops
Event purchases apply only to the specific event purchased.
No transfers, extensions, credits, or refunds are permitted.
All sales are final.
4. Studio Policies
4.1 No Late Entry (Effective January 1, 2026)
To honor the experience of all students and teachers:
Absolutely no late entry is allowed after class start time.
Students must arrive early, be set up, and ready to practice at the published class start time.
Late arrival will result in a forfeited class, in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.
4.2 Cell Phone Policy
No cell phones are allowed inside the studio during class.
To request an exception (e.g., for filming your own practice):
You must receive explicit consent from the teacher, and
Position yourself so that no other students are captured in your footage.
This policy is in place to protect student privacy and maintain class focus.
4.3 Personal Belongings & Lost Items
All belongings are left in the studio at your own risk.
MPower Yoga is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We periodically donate unclaimed items to keep studio space clear.
5. Retail Purchases — MPower Lifestyle & Studio Boutiques
5.1 In-Studio Retail Purchases
Items may be returned within 15 days for store credit or exchange only.
No refunds.
Items must be:
Unused
In resellable condition
With all original tags attached
Exceptions:
Manufacturer defects, for which we will offer a replacement or suitable remedy.
5.2 Online Retail Purchases (mpoweryoga.net/store)
Items may be returned after obtaining a Return Authorization (RA).
To request an RA, email info@mpoweryoga.net within 15 days of purchase.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once returned in acceptable condition, store credit or exchange will be issued.
No refunds.

CLASSPASS STUDENTS
All ClassPass guests are subject to all MPower Yoga studio policies, including late entry, no-phone rules, cancellations, and conduct guidelines.
Billing, fees, and account management are handled solely through ClassPass.
We cannot adjust, override, or dispute ClassPass charges or attendance records.
Our responsibility as a partner studio is to:
Provide the class as scheduled
Report attendance accurately and honestly
If you wish to avoid third-party restrictions or fees, you are welcome to join us directly as a member, at which point only MPower Yoga policies will apply.
