MPOWER 1

60 minute introductory level power yoga class. This class is ideal for students looking to begin or refine an existing Yoga practice. Students will be led through foundational yoga poses, core work and balance series. This class is appropriate for all experience and ability levels.

MPOWER 2

60 minute intermediate level power yoga class. This class is ideal for students with some yoga experience looking to deepen their practice. Students will be challenged with rigorous flows and intermediate sequences. It is recommended to have some power yoga experience coming into this class.

 

 

MPOWER 3

This class is a workshop style advanced yoga practice. Its a perfect opportunity to learn new skills, deepen alignment and engagement in your body and build strength. This class is great for students with an existing yoga practice looking to deepen their body awareness and skills.

YOGA SCULPT

60 minute class combining traditional yoga sequences with weights and high intensity intervals. Perfect for the student looking to build muscle mass and burn calories. Classes incorporate cardio, weight training and yoga practice for a fun and energizing hour of all-in-one strengthening and lengthening.

 

 

HOT MPOWER FUSION

60 minute class focusing on spinal strengthening, balance and core strength. This class utilizes the same sequence and series of postures in a heated, candlelit environment enabling students to drop into their practice and deepen specific postures.

 

 

GENTLE YOGA

60 minutes of release and restoration. Most postures are done in a seated or reclined position and props are used to support students and allow for complete relaxation and opening. This class is great for all ability levels.

MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates classes will focus on core-strengthening, low-impact movement, discreet muscle toning and flexibility. Mat Pilates utilizes props including resistance circles and resistance bands to build strength and fluidity.
